Day 512 - Self-reliance (ish)

For every finger of blame pointed out to the world, there are three fingers pointing back in your direction.

Earlier this year, I reflected on some repeated failings that I knew, if left unattended, could turn into end-of-life regrets.

When you think about those older people in life whom you hold dear, what is it that they regret never having tried? For all the mistakes and mess-ups they’ve been able to absorb, what chances didn’t they seize? What now congeals, with the fluidity of opportunity long-gone?

Consider the cost of your inaction, in the short-term and the long-term.
