Day 253 - You Are (Not) a Fraud | Bonus Imposter Phenomenon Seminar

In support of my book, I started recording invited seminars on my experiences and work to understand the Imposter Phenomenon.

Imposter Phenomenon: The experience of feeling like a fraud, being under-qualified compared to peers, and having the sensation of being imminently ‘found out’. It affects accomplished, high achieving people who are aware of the hard evidence that exists in contradiction to the what the experience makes them feel.

This first seminar in the series was recorded for the University of Edinburgh back in December 2020. It covers the brief overview of my own career and how I first encountered the imposter experience. I then offer three core tools to manage this most common experience (that might always be with you).

A vibrant question session follows the seminar. I loved this! As a reminder, if you have any questions or comments you want to share on the podcast, use the form below and I’ll answer live on the show.
