Unstructured conversation - meandering through a theme with no clear path, listening instead of simply waiting for your turn to speak - can reveal plans you never knew you had.

Be there. In the moment. No conviction to be right. Every expectation to be wrong. To go with the flow. To stop.. To listen. To change direction. Explore the unexpected. The surprising. The provocative.

From the broad and beautiful beginning will come a sharp and shipshape end.

We recently had an invitation to write a paper on our technology for a specific audience. We know the rough theme of the paper we wanted to write, we knew the outcome was a paper we could later submit. Getting to the plan, the experiments, the delegation…took a whole lot of mess in the middle.
