Over the past few years, I’ve hosted my CV of Failures on my website, right next to my more traditional CV.
Over that time, several people have reached out to say how eye-opening the idea (not mine!) was to them…how they’d never considered bearing their moments of non-success is such a way.
Your CV is a highlight reel…but far from the full story.
As something a little different today, I’m sharing an audio version of my CV of Failures (and lessons learned), written as part of my leadership blog series.
